Phoenix Roofing Services was created with a clear purpose: to serve Licensed Community Association Managers (LCAMs) and Commercial Property Managers exclusively. Unlike traditional roofing contractors, we do not solicit retail or one-off residential customers. Instead, we focus entirely on providing a specialized experience tailored to the unique challenges of multifamily residential communities and commercial buildings—where budgets are tight, risks are high, residents expect satisfaction, and disruptions must be minimized.
Our Founding Story.
Phoenix Roofing Services was founded by a team of professionals who saw a gap in the marketplace—community managers and property managers were underserved and often misunderstood by typical contractors.
Michael Pocklington & Dave Dansereau bring backgrounds in commercial real estate, property management, and community management, including experience as licensed LCAMs. They understand the daily challenges managers face—budgeting, risk reduction, resident relations, and board communications.
Travis Roper, a lifelong craftsman and industry leader in roofing, waterproofing, historical restoration, and fabrication, ensures that Phoenix delivers solutions that are both technically sound and built to last.
Dean Markley, a certified project manager with a background in aerospace engineering, thermal dynamics, and risk management, adds a unique perspective rooted in precision, technical excellence, and long-term performance.
Together, this leadership team built Phoenix Roofing Services to bring a new level of professionalism, risk management, and client advocacy to the roofing and construction industry.
